Only persons duly authorized under the Environmental and Social Complaints Mechanism (Proparco and the independent experts mandated by Proparco) may have access to this data, for the sole purpose of assessing the admissibility and handling the complaint. Personal data will be retained for 3 years from the end of the complaint’s treatment.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (UE 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to information technology and civil liberties, you have the right to access, rectify, suppress, restrict, limit and object to the processing of your personal data.
