Anibal Wadih founded GEF Capital and is currently partner and Managing Director. Based in São Paulo, he heads its Latin America practice, leading regional strategies for sustainable growth equity investments.
His more than 25 years of experience in investing, entrepreneurship, and advisory roles includes senior positions at Macquarie Capital, where he focused on infrastructure and agribusiness investments, and at Deutsche Bank in their M&A team. Anibal currently serves on several boards, including UCB Power, GR Water, and Pro Solus, among others. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Finance from IESA, and an MBA from NYU Stern.
