FISEA + Mobilizing equity investors in Africa for enhanced impacts

In February 2022, the European Commission and the French Development Agency Group (AFD) are about to sign a 35 million euros guarantee agreement called FISEA+. FISEA + is a facility founded by AFD with the help of the French Government and implemented by Proparco, the private sector arm of AFD Group. Interview with Jérémie Ceyrac, Head of equity at Proparco.
