Mark Napier is Chief Executive Officer of FSD Africa, which he has led since its establishment in Nairobi in 2012. With more than 30 years’ experience in investment banking, financial sector development, and innovative finance, he has worked across Africa and the UK, including as CEO of FinMark Trust and Director of Investment Innovation at CDC Group (now British International Investment). He has also written extensively on financial sector development and innovation in Africa.
