Adji Sokhna M’Baye has been CEO of BOAD Titrisation since 2022. She specialises in financial markets and structuring and spent part of her career working for international institutions before joining BOAD. After graduating from École normale supérieure de Cachan, Mines Paris and Harvard Business School, she is putting her experience to good use developing securitisation products within the WAEMU region.

BOAD Titrisation

BOAD Titrisation is a mutual fund manager specialising in securitisation funds (FCT), based in Lomé, Togo. It is a subsidiary of BOAD that helps governments, financial institutions and businesses with the structuring, arrangement and management of securitisation transactions within the WAEMU region. Its mission is to mobilise regional and international savings to finance high-impact economic assets within a secure and transparent framework.
