Bokar CHERIF

Bokar CHERIF, Business School undergraduate (Market finance) and University graduate (Master 2 in Corporate Finance), began his career in 1998 at SG Asset Management in Dublin.

He started in the French SSA sector in 2000, at OSEO (actual BPI) where he took alternatively the position of head of back office on derivatives and FX and then head of middle office before joining the front office in 2004.

On December 2008, he joined AFD as funding officer, in charge of funding, derivatives and cash products trading. He took the role of head of Treasury and cash management in 2012. In early 2018, he was appointed Director in charge of treasury and capital market supervising cash management, front, middle and back office including accounting.

After a period as deputy to the AFD's Executive Financial Director, in charge of Treasury and Capital Markets, he is appointed AFD's Executive Financial Director at the end of March 2022.
