Sunny Verghese is the Co-Founder, Group Managing Director and CEO of Olam International, a leading global agri-business which he started in 1989 under the Kewalram Chanrai Group.
Sunny has won several awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Singapore in 2008, Public Service Medal by the Government of the Republic of Singapore in 2010 and Best CEO of the Year 2011 at the Singapore Corporate Awards.

Olam International

Olam International is a leading agri-business operating from seed to shelf in 65 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 13,800 customers worldwide. Originally established in 25 years ago sourcing cashews from the farmgate in Nigeria, the company today has a team of 23,000 employees who have built a leadership position in many of its businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton.
