Richard Bullock has over 35 years of experience in transport analysis and investment planning, covering all forms of transport in a number of countries, including several in southern and eastern Africa. He has worked at a senior level for transport agencies, governments, the private sector, regulatory agencies and project promoters and lenders. He specialises in the financial, economic, organisational and institutional analyses of transport systems, with particular emphasis on railways.
