Olivier Toutain

Olivier Toutain trained as an architect and started his career by taking part in several urban planning studies. He now works as an expert in urban issues and local development. In Morocco, where he has spent a large proportion of his career, he has also worked on the issues of informal settlements and slums. He recently directed a social impact study on the support programme for eliminating Morocco's substandard housing and slums.
