Before launching TLcom in 1999, Maurizio was a Director of Bain & Company leading their technology practice for the EMEA region out of London and San Francisco. He was previosuly with McKinsey in London and Milan. He has a Stanford MBA and a Laurea Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. Maurizio chairs the TIDE Foundation, dedicated to improving the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Africa.
