Overview

Lise Breuil graduated as an engineer from the École Polytechnique and the École nationale du génie rural des eaux et des forêts. Following a PhD on the renewal of PPPs in the water sector in developing countries, she held several positions at the Ministry of Ecology and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France before joining Agence française de développement’s Water and Sanitation Division in 2007.
