Isadora Bigourdan, a lawyer and graduate of Sciences Po, Paris, is the investment officer in charge of housing finance, at the Financial Institutions and Private Sector Support Division of Agence française de développement (AFD), coordinating its work on housing finance. She joined the AFD in 2005, having previously worked for a legal practice, the Chambre de Commerce de Paris [Paris Chamber of Commerce] and a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement specialising in civil engineering.
