An economist by training, Céline Payet is an expert in impact assessment and has been a Gender specialist in PROPARCO’s Impact Measurement Unit since 2017. She worked for 13 years in the field of infrastructure for German cooperation (GIZ), the European Investment Bank and World Bank.
