Overview
Annie Chéneau-Loquay is a research director at CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) within the Centre d’étude d’Afrique noire at the Bordeaux Political Studies Institute. She set up the Africa’NTI program in 1998 which conducts research on integration methods for information and communication technologies (ICTs) in South countries, with a specific focus on Africa. She also coordinates the international research group, NETSUDS, which was set up in 2005 and now includes 13 associate laboratories in Europe and Africa. This group specifically works on policies and appropriation methods for ICTs in developing countries.
