Choose Africa takes a new step!

Since the launch of the Choose Africa initiative in 2019, AFD Group has been mobilizing to support start-ups, VSEs and SMEs in Africa. In response to the crisis triggered by Covid-19, it is strengthening its action by deploying a new component of the initiative: Choose Africa Resilience, with an additional €1bn. The Choose Africa commitment, initially set at €2.5 billion for the period 2018-2022, is thus increased to €3.5 billion.
