Professional experience

Rima LE COGUIC joined the AFD in 2005. Since June 2018, she has been in charge of AFD's Africa department. Previously, she held various positions at AFD, as geographic coordinator for the Middle East, infrastructure project manager, head of the infrastructure division and more recently Head of the energy and digital transitions department.
She holds a telecom engineering degree, comple with a DEA in international economics (Paris Dauphine), an executive MBA (ESCP) and a diploma from the National School of Administration (ENA, student of the international long cycle-promotion Nelson Mandela 2001), her career has led her to mainly work in the infrastructure sectors.
