 Luc Rigouzzo holds degrees in both agronomy and finance and began his career as an agronomy engineer in Mexico. In 1995, he joined the cabinet of the French Minister for Cooperation and then the IFC in 1997 where he was in charge of structured finance in Brazil, Argentina and Central America. Philippe Serres is a Microfinance Investment Officer at AFD and has ten years of experience in development and microfinance. After a short experience in the British NGO ActionAid, he worked for two years at the European Commission Delegation in Peru as a project officer. Back to Europe, he worked for six years in the microfinance rating agency Planet Rating as Network Director. Philippe has conducted more than 50 ratings of MFIs throughout the world. Dr. Claus-Peter Zeitinger, ProCredit

Dr. Claus-Peter Zeitinger is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ProCredit Holding AG. In 1981, he co-founded Internationale Projekt Consult (IPC), a development finance consulting firm, now the driving entrepreneurial force and main strategic investor behind ProCredit.
