    Pierre Jacquet, Chief Economist, Agence française de développement

    Pierre Jacquet is Chief Economist at Agence française de développement (AFD) and a member of the Cercle des Économistes. He is a lecturer and head of the Department of Economics and Finance at École des Ponts ParisTech. He was formerly deputy director of the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) and from 1997 to 2006 was a member of the Conseil d’Analyse Économique, an independent advisory panel set up by the French prime minister. His publications focus on the international economy, economic policy, development and the governance of globalisation.
