Luc Rigouzzo went to Dominican Republic during three days from june 17 to 21. In Santo Domingo, Luc Rigouzzo met the main partners of PROPARCO and firmed a credit line convention of 25 M $ in favour of Banco Popular Dominicano, the first Dominican private bank.
