FRCG

FRCG is a financing mechanism dedicated to strengthening governance, environmental and social capacity of local banking counterparts and companies located in Proparco’s top priority area of intervention. FRCG provides its assistance through preliminary studies (diagnostics, action plans) and complementary actions (conferences, training sessions). FRCG’s financing mechanism pursues two main objectives:

-  Enable companies and financial intermediaries to align with the international best practices and standards in terms of administration, social and environmental management ;

-  Support the French Development Agency’s Financial Intermediaries partners in defining and implementing best practices in terms of governance, transparency and ethics of finance (fight against money laundering/terrorism financing).
